I have four domains hosted through MysticMoon and have or are in the process of transferring all domains here also.  Becky quickly answers my emails and helps me with any problem that I may have, although none of these are caused by her or her server.  She sends me my password when I forget it.  I highly recommend her as a domain host or web site host.

I remember the WWW before it was graphically available. No that's not a typo - I did not mean "geographically." ;) Before there was IE or Mozilla, Lynx was the only way to see a web site 15 years ago, it was text based, and only the DOD or institutions of higher learning had internet sites. When ordinary humans, like you and me, were able to own domains and websites, hosts were scarce and unreliable. Now they're rampant and unreliable or overpriced and restrictive.

My hat's off to Becky for providing consistently reliable, sensibly priced hosting at Mystic Moon. Her response to customer support requests is timely and effective - I've never had a problem that she hasn't been able to resolve. I recommend her service very highly.

Keep up the good work, Becky!

I have been on the web for a long time and have been through many hosts. I always had problems, lots of down time, difficult logins, and since I have been with Becky I haven't had one single issue. I haven't even had to contact her for any reason!!! I know she's always there if I need her and I feel very comfortable with her as my host. Her prices are reasonable and this is the first time in over 13 years I don't have to worry about losing my site or having some difficulty. Thank you Becky!!!

You hear about these hosts who just disappear without a word, or poor customer relations.  You won't hear one complaint against Becky from me.  For me, she's always been there whenever I had a problem with my site, she was there to help me.  She was very fast at getting my problem fixed.  I'd recommend MMH to anyone and everyone who wants reliable hosting, great customer service and someone who's more than willing to help, and don't have to worry if your host will disappear without a word.

I have several sites with Mystic Moon. I will never host with anyone else. Most other hosting places are cold and just looking for your dollar. With Mystic Moon Becky always makes sure everything is taken care of. If there is an issue she stays ontop of it till its fixed. Shes very friendly and just really warm. Her packages are at the best prices I have ever seen. I will just always host with her!

I just wanted to let everyone know that Becky is the perfect hostess.  I have had some rough goes with other web hosts and the pricing was insane especially for what you received in the package.   I had a friend refer me to Mystic Moon Hosting and I am glad she did.  Within minutes of registering and paying for my domain name and hosting, I was up and running.  Any time I had a problem no matter how small, Becky got back to me and fixed it in the same day.  You really can't ask for better service than that.  I recommend her to anyone who is looking for great packages, prices and support. 

Unless something happens to Mystic Moon, I will never have another host again!  Thanks Becky for being so GREAT!!

In all the time I've been hosted at Mystic Moon Hosting, which is at least 3 years now, I've received only the best in customer service.  Becky treats each question with a fast answer, a courteous answer and usually the problem is solved (when she can).  If on the chance she didn't know the answer, she said "I don't know, but I will find out."  In this day and age, it seems that the personal aspect has removed itself when involved with a business deal.  That's the farthest thing from the truth here at Mystic Moon Hosting which is why I recommend Becky to everyone...I like knowing that someone who cares about great service will be answering any questions I may have.

There are many hosts out there, and all they might be good, I can't go further than Becky's Service at Mystic Moon Hosting,

I have been hosted here for about 4 years if not longer...

Why?,, Because it is just the best service you can get,any problems or something you cannot understand .... Becky is ALWAYS willing to help,,and has gone so far as to have tutorials on different things on the cpanel,, which I have found a great help.

I am always informed in advance of any changes or updates,

But the best thing is I know Becky is only an email away when I am unsure of anything, and guess what,,she actually replies,,:o)

I am getting near to my 4th year with Mystic Moon. This was my first and I will never change as long as Becky has hosting. She is there to help those like me that do not know much about CPanel and stuff. Anytime I have had to email she always responds very fast. Don't know what I would do without her. I here horror stories about other hosting and I feel very safe and secure with Becky.

I just had to come back and brag some more on Becky. I have a pixel site and all of you know the lures of clicking on other people's links. Well I do that constantly and I always check out their hosting server. Lol I know... I'm weird but I can't help it. I've *NOT ONCE* seen a better deal that what MMH offers. And way beyond that.... her customer service is outstanding. No matter how trivial the question she's always right there to answer it. I've never had any problems at all getting e-mail or connecting to my site and it's all due to Becky!!! teehee Again.... you can NOT beat her prices!! I'm on such a tight income right now that I basically have to pay for air. Lol But Becky's payment goes right through every month and it's so small we barely even notice it. Seriously... if you're on the fence about who you want as a host or if you're considering switching... DO IT! MMH its the best! Hands and feet down!

I have been with Becky for several years and she is the perfect host for my site. She is always there if you have a question or a problem with your site. All you have to do is email her and you know you will here back from her right away. I would not want to host my site anywhere else. And the pricing can't be beat. Lot's of site space & lot's of extras for a very cheap price!

Since 1999, my sites has been jumping from a host to another host...every year!!..but, when I met Becky and her wonderful hosting service (3 years ago), I just have to stay with her! wow!! I love to go inside my control panel, full of very useful stuff,  great prices, and the most important to me: behind my host there is a "real person"... that really care about her customers... That's is the best!

I've been hosting with Mystic Moon for hmmm must be 3 years now? I have one domain and soon to purchase another.  I still remember the day I switched to her. It was completely painless and quick. She's quick to answer emails and you get wonderful, personal attention. When you email for help you're not put on a waiting list. Becky goes above and beyond the norm, any questions are always answered speedily and she's more than helpful, no matter the problem or query -- it's nice to have that friendly touch, so you don't feel you are just another customer.

If asked to recommend a host, I would point the way to Mystic Moon with no hesitation!

You know, there's nothing like having a wonderful web hosting service that answers your EVERY need, assists the "html-handicapped" folks who desperately want a nice web site but are just unable to create it alone, and most of all....whenever there's the tiniest "glitch" in the system, Becky (praise her name) is always there to get it fixed.  All of this for the most reasonable prices in town, in some cases FAR below the "average" going rates on those so-called "more well known" servers!  Mystic Moon Hosting CANNOT be beat - price-wise nor personal attention-wise!
